1. Structure and review
Campaign goals, contribution amounts, and rewards use exact USD cents. Administrators review campaigns for completeness, ownership, prohibited activity, and support for important claims before publication.
System operations
Metarb connects campaign funding, verified Bitcoin payments, partner commissions, wallet balances, and withdrawals. Each stage has its own recorded status, and no referral or payment creates an immediate commission by itself.
Campaigns and backing
Campaign goals, contribution amounts, and rewards use exact USD cents. Administrators review campaigns for completeness, ownership, prohibited activity, and support for important claims before publication.
A backer chooses an amount or exact-price reward. Metarb creates an idempotent contribution, reserves limited reward inventory, and requests a USD-denominated Bitcoin invoice from BTCPay Server.
Signed webhook events enter a retryable queue. Metarb reconciles the invoice with BTCPay and settles only after the expected amount is fully paid and every reported BTC payment is settled.
The settled satoshis, weighted BTC/USD rate, and settlement time are stored. The intended USD contribution then counts toward the campaign total and may enter commission processing.
Payment exceptions
Partial payments remain unsettled. A verified PaidLate invoice can settle when fully paid. Overpaid invoices count only the intended contribution amount toward funding and commissions; excess allocation or refund is not automated. Duplicate webhook deliveries are deduplicated and cannot fund the same contribution twice.
Partner accounting
A valid referral can place a new member beneath an enrolled sponsor on the binary network. Referral alone creates no earnings. Only a fully settled, eligible Bitcoin contribution adds verified USD volume to ancestors. Configured volume blocks must exist on both legs before a payable commission is created, and earning caps and forfeiture rules still apply.
Commissions begin as pending. The default mode requires manual approval; configured automatic approval can apply after a hold period. Approval and wallet credit happen atomically.
Wallets and withdrawals
A member requests a positive whole-cent amount to a supported Bitcoin mainnet address. The amount moves from available balance to locked balance and becomes due at calendar month-end. An administrator records processing, completion with a Bitcoin transaction reference, or failure with an exact balance refund.
Operational boundaries
Campaign review does not guarantee success or creator delivery. The current system does not automatically refund campaign payment exceptions. Withdrawal status and external transaction references are recorded by an administrator; the application does not itself initiate or prove an external provider payout.
