Privacy Policy

The information depends on how you use Metarb. It includes account email, verification and account status, profile information you provide, member and referral identifiers, sponsor relationships and account activity.

Payment and reward records include campaign and package selections, contribution amounts, invoice and settlement information, wallet balances and transfers, commissions, withdrawal requests, Bitcoin destination addresses and transaction references.

If you choose physical delivery, Metarb records the address details you submit and your fulfillment choice. Campaign administration can involve descriptions, creator information, uploaded media and material submitted to content-generation services.

Technical and support information includes network information used to protect the service, browser-session and referral information, notification preferences, delivery records and information you send in a support request. We do not need your Bitcoin private keys, wallet seed phrase or password to assist you.

Metarb uses information to verify email access, maintain accounts, attribute referrals, record backing and balances, reconcile payments, administer commissions and withdrawals, and manage reward choices and shipping.

Information also supports service notifications, responding to requests and complaints, keeping financial records, investigating payment discrepancies, and protecting the platform against misuse. These uses are not a promise that every fraudulent action or payment loss can be prevented.

Metarb uses cookies for sign-in sessions, security, referral attribution and registration continuity. Browser session storage can retain registration or checkout progress; interface preferences may also be stored in a cookie.

These functions help maintain access and resume an unfinished flow. Blocking or clearing the relevant browser storage can interrupt sign-in, referral attribution or checkout recovery. Logging out ends the Metarb sign-in session, but does not erase transaction records.

Campaigns may contain media supplied by third-party websites, including embedded video. Loading or playing that media can disclose technical information to the provider, which operates under its own privacy terms.

Metarb's administrators use information needed to operate accounts, campaigns, payments, rewards and support. Public campaign pages and media are visible to visitors. Member identifiers and relevant referral or transaction information can be visible to participants in the associated account relationships or transactions.

Service providers process information needed for their functions. These include hosting and file storage, BTCPay Server for Bitcoin invoice processing, and Resend for email delivery. Do not assume a provider receives every category of information described in this policy.

Campaign content-generation features can send submitted descriptions, media or prompts to OpenAI or Google Gemini through service integrations. Their handling of submitted material is governed by the applicable provider terms. Do not submit confidential or unnecessary personal information for campaign generation.

Bitcoin payments create records on a public network. Addresses and transaction information may be publicly visible and can be linked with other information. Metarb cannot remove records from the Bitcoin blockchain.

Retention varies by information and purpose. Short-lived sign-in and security information has a different lifecycle from account, payment, referral, reward and financial-history records. Ending a session or a payment attempt does not erase the related account or transaction history.

Financial and transaction records can remain necessary for reconciliation, resolving disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. A removal request therefore does not guarantee that every associated record can be deleted immediately.

You can email hello@metarb.com at any time to ask what personal information Metarb holds about you, request a copy, identify information that needs correction, or request removal.

Describe your request and the account it concerns. Do not send a sign-in code, private key or seed phrase. Requests are handled through email, not a self-service deletion or export button.

The request may require confirmation of account ownership before information is disclosed or changed. Removal is subject to applicable legal requirements and the need to preserve relevant financial or dispute records. Public blockchain records and independent copies of public campaign material cannot be erased by deleting a Metarb account.

Your rights may vary under the law that applies to you. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law requires Metarb to respect.

Account notification settings let you enable or disable money and rewards notifications. These preferences are separate from sign-in messages and do not amount to a request to remove account information.

Metarb Studio is registered in New York and uses external service providers. Processing is not promised to occur only in your country of residence. Provider processing arrangements and applicable legal requirements can affect where information is handled.
